At Rooted & Rising, we believe that equity, clarity, and care are the foundation of impactful leadership and thriving organizations.
Founded by Taina Sanon Epps, a seasoned nonprofit leader and equity strategist, Rooted & Rising brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit, philanthropic, and civic sectors. Our work is rooted in values of collective liberation, integrity, and joy, offering guidance to leaders and teams seeking meaningful change.
We partner with BIPOC- and women-led organizations, community-based groups, national networks, and philanthropic institutions to navigate complexity with intention and build cultures where everyone can rise.
